A Woman's Tale

PG-13| 1 hr. 33 min.

Plot Summary
This poignant Australian drama focuses on Martha (Sheila Florance), an elderly woman living on her own and dealing with terminal cancer. Despite her age and illness, Martha maintains a vibrant persona, befriending and supporting the people in her life, including her son, Jonathan (Chris Haywood), and her nurse, Anna (Gosia Dobrowolska). The film is particularly moving because Florance was also battling cancer in real life, and died shortly after the movie was released.
