  • Dracula Untold is a movie that gives good trailer. That's not surprising because it's a visually arresting saga. Unfortunately, the story in the final, full version is thicker than blood. show more

  • Much like the recent, widely reviled I, Frankenstein, this misconceived project mainly signals a need to go back to the drawing board. show more

For about the first hour of its running time, Dracula Untold is far too restrained and tasteful, and it certainly suffers from its tediously noble hero; it's well made but fatally lacking in thrills or excitement. show more

This movie is much better than the critics scores lead you to believe. After the success of glitter vamps, I can't believe the critics say a word about the non-Bram Stoker type vampire portrayal. Obviously, no one cares about the creators vision anymore. They should just rate the movie independent of tropes that no one cares about anymore. I really enjoyed the movie. And will probably go see it again. Absolutely worth the price of admission. And it will be a must get for my home movie collection in a few months.
