Plot Summary
Young Danny Mitchell (Ted Donaldson) wants to help get his father, Hugh (John Litel), elected mayor. He sneaks campaign literature into pamphlets being distributed by his boss, veterinarian Toni Cordell (Mona Barrie). Though his scheme is uncovered, Toni lets him stick around. But, when Danny is dishonest yet again, it causes a local controversy that affects the mayoral election. Embarrassed, Danny tries to run away with his dog, Rusty. But he'll have to face up to his actions sooner or later.
