Comic-Con International 2015 - Open Road PanelBill Murray attended his first-ever Comic-Con on Thursday, and what the actor lacked in experience at the fan fest, he more than made up for in hilarious responses and general Bill Murray-ness (read: awesomeness).

Murray, who sat on a panel promoting his upcoming comedy "Rock the Kasbah," charmed the audience with tales from his long and varied career and witty comebacks to routine questions. Below, we've collected some of our favorite moments from his appearance at SDCC (including a run-in with a certain hilarious-in-her-own-right Oscar winner and fellow SDCC panelist).

- He revealed his Comic-Con breakfast of champions: "We started this morning with bagels and then some tequila."

- Asked which of his many roles is his favorite, he alludes to "Ghostbusters" (which is the correct answer, by the way): "Once upon a time, I did save the city of New York, and I had the coolest damn car to drive around Manhattan."

- Addressing the rumor that he was once up for the role of Han Solo in 1977's "Star Wars," Murray quips that he's aiming for a part in the just-announced Han Solo spinoff flick: "I don't know if I was up for the role of Han Solo, I don't remember. But I am working out now in hopes of getting this new thing, though. Just a lot of swimming and pilates, and I'm really going to work hard at it."

- He pledged his love for Miley Cyrus, who he worked with on his upcoming, Sofia Coppola-directed Christmas special: "I'm gonna say this officially: Miley Cyrus is really f--king good. She can really sing. I thought she was a knucklehead, funny girl. She can really sing and she floored everybody. I don't want to hear anymore bad rap for Miley Cyrus. ... She's a pro."

- Murray insisted that he's not intimidating to work with -- though he does have one odd on-set quirk: "I go to work with a knife strapped to my leg; it means people will know their lines."

- And finally, Murray bumped into none other than Jennifer Lawrence backstage, as he was leaving his "Rock the Kasbah" panel and she was headed to the "Hunger Games: Mockingjay -- Part 2" panel, leaving fans of both with this wonderful photo of their meeting:
Here's hoping Murray's first Comic-Con will be his first of many.
