"She would be incredible. She's incredibly smart, she's sweet and caring yet strong and independent, obviously wicked smart and a lawyer and very accomplished, has a lot of attributes. That's massively attractive to Nick, and it would be to any guy!"
He said there were "several great candidates," though, and since they can only have one Bachelorette, they have to consider several factors, including if "they're sincere, it's good TV, it'll be entertaining, they're at the right place in their life." He said if Rachel doesn't end up with Nick, she "will be among many that are overqualified to be the Bachelorette. ... We would be lucky to have her, as we would with several of these women. She's beautiful, smart, talented."

According to Reality Steve's spoilers, Rachel does not end up with Nick. He says she is eliminated at third place, which is the ideal future Bachelorette end point. Rachel is smart, mature, and sincere, but drama queen Corinne Olympios is said to take fourth place, and you know someone out there will want her to have the lead for the potential ratings. Corinne does seem better suited to "Bachelor in Paradise," and personally we'd rather see Rachel handing out roses as the Bachelorette. But nothing in this franchise is our call. If it were, we never would've let Nick wear those short shorts.
