Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are calling off their divorce and trying to work on their marriage, People reports.

Sources tell People that the actors are attempting to reconcile two years into their separation.

"Jen has called off the divorce," one source said. "She really wants to work things out with Ben. They are giving things another try."

The source added, "Ben is making a big effort to take care of himself. They are not back together, but there seems to be hope."

During the separation, Affleck and Garner have remained close, living on the same property and co-parenting their three children, 11-year-old Violet, 8-year-old Seraphina, and 5-year-old Samuel. The entire family spent the holidays in Montana and recently celebrated Sam's birthday.

"There is always a chance of reconciliation. They love each other. They also really, really love their kids, and those kids love their parents," another source told People. "They want to keep the family together."
