After coyly polling Twitter users whether they should make another season of "Stranger Things," Netflix announced today that yes, DUH, Season 3 is "officially happening."

(Should they be concerned that 44% of the more than 10,000 voters on the poll answered "No"?)

It's not a surprise that we're getting more adventures of bat-swinging babysitter Steve (Joe Keery) and supernaturally gifted Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) and all the other residents of Hawkins, Indiana, as creators The Duffer Brothers have previously announced they're planning on four seasons.

"We"re thinking it will be a four-season thing and then out," said Ross Duffer, who writes and directs the show with twin brother, Matt, recently told Vulture. "We just have to keep adjusting the story."

He jokingly added, "I don't know if we can justify something bad happening to them once a year. They're going to have to get the f**k out of this town... It's ridiculous!"

"Stranger Things 2" is currently streaming on Netflix. If you haven't already done so, we advise you to binge it immediately.
