Priyanka Chopra Jonas is getting into the superhero universe.

The "Baywatch" and "Quantico" star is set to headline Netflix kid superhero movie "We Can Be Heroes," which will be written, directed, and produced by Robert Rodriguez ("Spy Kids," "Alita: Battle Angel"), according to Deadline.

The original story sees alien invaders kidnap Earth's superheroes, which leads their children to team up to save the parents and the world.

Rodriguez is familiar with Netflix, as he produces the animation series "Spy Kids: Mission Critical" for the streamer.

Chopra Jonas most recently starred opposite Rebel Wilson in "Isn't It Romantic." Next, she stars in and produces "The Sky Pink," based on the motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary, which will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival next month. She will also star in an untitled wedding comedy set in India, co-produced by Mindy Kaling.
