"Killing Eve" is already killing it the TV awards season.

The new BBC America drama, which stars Sandra Oh as an MI5 officer chasing an assassin played by Jodie Comer, led the 2018 Television Critics Association Awards nominations. Its five nods were Program of the Year, Outstanding New Program, Outstanding Achievement in Drama, Individual Achievement in Drama for both Oh and Comer.

The final season of "The Americans" was right behind it with four nominations for Program of the Year, Outstanding Achievement in Drama, and Individual Achievement in Drama for stars Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell.

The awards are voted on by more than 200 television critics and journalists across the country. Winners for the 34th annual TCA Awards will be announced Saturday, Aug. 4 during the TCA summer press tour.
