'Arrow' Vet Colton Haynes Is Returning to Show: 'So Excited to Be Back'
Sometimes goodbye is really more "see you later."
That continues to be the case for former "Arrow" star Colton Haynes. The actor hasn't wanted to stay away, and now he is coming back again in Season 6 ... at least for a while. He'll show up in Episode 15 and stick around for a multi-episode arc, Variety reports.
While back on the CW series, Haynes will reprise his role as Roy Harper, also known as Arsenal. He first took on the role in Season 1 as a recurring character, before being promoted to series regular for Seasons 2 and 3. He decided to leave the show once his contract was up but later returned for an episode during Season 4.
The show's writers were all too happy to welcome Haynes back, tweeting that they "can't wait for the fans to see what [they] have planned."

"Arrow" star Stephen Amell was equally excited, and he took the chance to tweet Haynes, "Welcome Home!"

Of course, Haynes was happy, too, and he wrote that he was "so excited to be back with the ['Arrow'] fam."

We suspect it will be a homecoming fans will enjoy.
