The latest installment of "The Late Late Show"'s viral smash segment Carpool Karaoke took a presidential turn this week, with First Lady Michelle Obama hopping in the passenger seat to belt along to some tunes with host James Corden.

Corden dropped by the White House and took a whirl around the grounds with Obama, passing landmarks like the Rose Garden and Oval Office while singing along to tracks like the Stevie Wonder classic "Signed, Sealed, Delivered I'm Yours" and Beyonce's "Single Ladies." (And if you're wondering if the First Lady slayed all of Queen Bey's dance moves, the answer is an unequivocal yes.) The pair also chatted briefly about Obama's new initiative, Let Girls Learn, which aims to bring equal educational opportunities to young women across the globe.

It was the latter subject that prompted an appearance by none other than Missy Elliott, who joined Obama and Corden to belt out the charity single "This Is For My Girls," the collaboration between a badass group of female artists (including Elliott, Kelly Clarkson, Kelly Rowland, Zendaya, Janelle Monáe, Lea Michele, Jadagrace, and Chloe & Halle) that benefits Let Girls Learn. Corden also couldn't resist playing the classic Elliott track "Get Ur Freak On," a great cap to a fun clip.
