Anticipation is high for "Deadpool 2," the sequel to the hit R-rated superhero flick. And no one is giddier about it happening than star Ryan Reynolds.

The sequel is currently filming in Canada and Reynolds, a frequent social media user, shared a behind-the-scenes picture on Facebook of his reunion with Leslie Uggams, who plays Blind Al:

We've seen the friends cozy up on Blind Al's couch before, in the first movie. The sharp-tongued Al doesn't suffer any nonsense, and frequently calls Deadpool a "dumbass." He, meanwhile, describes her as "Robin to my Batman, except she's old and black and blind."

Uggams returns along with original movie cast members Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, and Stefan Kapicic as the voice of Colossus.

New to the team for the sequel are Josh Brolin as Cable, Zazie Beets as Domino, and Karan Soni as Dopinder.

"Deadpool 2" opens in theaters June 1, 2018.
