Tennis great Serena Williams has overcome plenty of challenges over the course of her illustrious career, and she's ready to do it again -- with HBO bringing fans along for the ride.

The premium network is debuting a five-part docuseries called "Being Serena" in May, Deadline reports. Produced by HBO Sports and IMG, the series will follow the legendary athlete as she fights to regain her spot at the top of the tennis world after having her first child. Williams delivered her daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr., in September 2017.

The docuseries isn't just for tennis fans; it provides an inside look at Williams's life as she adjusts to marriage and motherhood. HBO describes "Being Serena" as capturing "a pivotal moment in her personal and professional life," and a teaser trailer released Monday shows as much.

"I don't know if there's anything left for me in tennis," Williams says. "But I'm not done yet."

"Being Serena" debuts May 2 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on HBO.
