Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence is engaged to boyfriend Cooke Maroney, a New York City-based art deal.

Lawrence's rep confirmed the news to USA Today.

The 28-year-old actress has reportedly been dating the 33-year-old Maroney since last spring. Previous to that, she had been in a relationship with "mother!" director Darren Aronofsky.

Lawrence was seen wearing "a giant ring" and enjoying a celebratory dinner with Maroney in New York City, according to Page Six.

The couple, who has kept a low-profile since their relationship became public last June, were reportedly introduced by a friend.

In September, Lawrence took Maroney with her to the New York Film Festival premiere of "The Favourite," which stars her ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hoult and close friend Emma Stone. Aronofsky was also in attendance.

Lawrence broke out in 2010's "Winter's Bone" and won an Oscar for 2012's "Silver Linings Playbook." She headlined the blockbuster franchise "Hunger Games." The actress can next be seen in the upcoming X-Men film "Dark Phoenix."
