Many holidays are over-hyped, and Jennifer Lawrence knows this all too well: In a new interview, the Oscar-winning actress admits that she loathes the celebration because it always lets her down.

"I really hate it," Lawrence said of NYE while taping an episode of "The Graham Norton Show" this week. "I've never had a good one—everyone's chasing a good time and it's always a disappointment."

"I always end up drunk and disappointed," the actress added, speaking truth to so many of our lives. She then joked, "'Drunk and Disappointed' should be the title of my memoir!" (We would so buy that book.)

As of right now, Lawrence said she doesn't have any plans for ringing in the New Year, though we hope she ends up doing something awesome with one of her equally-amazing friends. Surely the woman who spent 2015 dancing on a piano with Amy Schumer and making silly short films with Aziz Ansari and Chris Pratt can find someone to hang out with on the holiday, right? Hollywood, J-Law needs your help; please make this right.
