"The Tonight Show" will remain canceled all week as Jimmy Fallon mourns his mom, Gloria.

Fallon, 43, had canceled the Friday show due to "a private Fallon family matter" that turned out to be his mother Gloria's illness. She died Saturday at age 68.

Fallon's rep shared a statement with outlets:

"Jimmy Fallon's mother, Gloria, died peacefully on Saturday. Jimmy was at his mother's bedside, along with her loved ones, when she passed away at NYU Langone Medical Center in NYC. Our prayers go out to Jimmy and his family as they go through this tough time."

The network also shared a statement:

"On behalf of everyone at NBC, we extend our deepest condolences to Jimmy and all his family at this time of enormous loss. Our hearts go out to Jimmy and everyone else whose lives were so touched by Gloria Fallon's love, kindness and support."

"The Tonight Show" will air repeats through Friday, Nov. 10. Previously announced guests for this week had included Adam Levine, Sam Rockwell, Will Ferrell, Sam Smith, Mark Wahlberg, Gina Rodriguez, Ice-T, and Tiffany Haddish.

Miley Cyrus recently had a one-week residency on "The Tonight Show" and reached out with condolences to Fallon:

Rest in peace and love, Mama Fallon.
