It's officially happening: Khloe Kardashian and her basketball player boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, are having a baby.

Not only did the reality star confirm the news Wednesday via Instagram, she shared photographic evidence of her growing baby bump. Both she and Thompson appear in the photo, hands on Kardashian's midsection. Alongside the photo came a poignant message from Kardashian about achieving her "greatest dream."

"My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby!" she wrote. "I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient. I still at times can't believe that our love created life!"

Kardashian went on to thank Thompson for a variety of sweet reasons, especially making her a mother. She also thanked her fans for their "love and positive vibes" and explained that the couple waited to confirm the pregnancy rumors -- which started in the fall -- so they could enjoy the experience privately for as long as possible. She added that she is feeling "the best bundle of feelings" she has ever felt.
