There are so many elements that make "Stranger Things" great, and Netflix is spotlighting one of them: Emmy-nominated star David Harbour.

The streaming service released a new spotlight video on Tuesday, and it centers on the man, the myth, the legend that fans know as Chief Jim Hopper. Harbour has been one of the show's stars from the beginning, and he has made the character special, as we see in the video. Several people involved with "Stranger Things" discuss the actor, and they can't seem to say enough good things.

"He's just making this character really pop and far more interesting than we originally imagined," co-creator Ross Duffer says in the video.

Casting Director Carmen Cuba also tries to put Harbour's appeal into words, and she points out how he has "a gruffness and a charm that is really unique." Apparently, she and the producers knew right away after seeing Harbour's tape that he was the man for the role.

"Stranger Things" Season 3 is in the works and will premiere in next summer.
