The verdict is in: "Suits" is coming back for Season 7.

USA announced the renewal at the Television Critics Association press tour. The legal drama recently began its sixth season, which ushered in a major shakeup with Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) in prison for posing as a lawyer. Meanwhile, his mentor, Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht), is fighting to keep Mike safe and to save their firm after a mass partner exodus.

"Suits" Season 6 is averaging around 3 million viewers per episode. It is USA's longest-running drama and is the only remaining holdover from its "Blue Skies" programming brand. The network has turned to darker fare in the last couple of years, heralded by the Emmy-nominated "Mr. Robot."

USA also announced premiere dates for new dramas "Eyewitness" (Sunday, Oct. 16, at 10 p.m.) and "Falling Water" (Thursday, Oct. 13, at 10 p.m.).
