Who did Arie Luyendyk, Jr. get engaged to at the end of "The Bachelor" Season 22? Read on for the spoilers.

UPDATE: Stop the presses 'cause apparently the spoilers changed, or were at least updated, again. Reality Steve reports, in a January 23 post, that Arie recently broke up with his Chosen One, Becca K. He ended their engagement and is now dating his runner-up, Lauren B. He pulled a Mesnick?!

Back to original post:

Arie was a surprise choice for the 2018 season. He was last seen as the runner-up of Emily Maynard's "The Bachelorette" Season 8 in 2012. His new "journey" for love starts Monday, January 1, 2018 on ABC. Arie's season only recently finished filming, and spoiler king Reality Steve posted what he was told about the ending.

Steve's sources are usually correct, although for Rachel Lindsay's season of "The Bachelorette" this past spring he did initially say she was engaged to Peter Kraus before changing it to Bryan Abasolo after a few weeks. Many fans wanted Peter to be the 2018 Bachelor, but when that fell through the show went with Arie.

SPOILERS AHEAD

Here are Steve's end game spoilers for Arie's season, starting with the (alleged) final four who get hometown dates:

Episode 8: Hometown Dates

  • Tia Booth 26, Jonesboro, Arkansas
  • Kendall Long: 26, Los Angeles, CA
  • Lauren Burnham 25, Virginia Beach, Virginia
  • Becca Kufrin 27, Minneapolis, Minnesota
  • Rose Ceremony Elimination: Tia Booth.

Episode 9: Cusco, Peru, Overnight Dates

  • Rose Ceremony Elimination: Kendall Long. (FYI, Steve said Kendall didn't get a 1-on-1 all season but still made it this far.)

Episode 11: Finale (Becca Kufrin vs Lauren Burnham)

  • Steve said Becca got the first 1-on-1 of the season back in September, and she's the one in TMZ's photos with Arie on a motorcycle. Apparently that first date was a great one, because Steve says Arie is engaged is Becca.

Steve also shared a bit of background on Becca, in his listing of Arie's bachelorettes:

"Rebecca Kufrin: 27, Minneapolis, MN. Pretty sure she goes by "Becca." She's a Senior Account Executive at Skyaa, a technology PR firm. Graduated from Minnesota St. University – Mankato in 2012 with a B.S. in Mass Communications. Mother is in remission from breast cancer. Father died about 8 years ago. Has a sister Emily who recently got engaged."

You can check out Becca's photos, including a reference to her sister's engagement, on her Instagram. (Unless she shuts it down.)

She seems like a good choice, but we'll see how it all turns out.

Steve also noted that, right after he tweeted that he'd be spoiling Arie's ending soon, the production company behind "The Bachelor" sent his lawyer a cease and desist letter. They're threatening legal action over his spoilers, which is something they've done before, even though spoilers seem to only help build interest in the show.

ABC should release its official Season 22 cast bios soon. Now that we think we know Arie's fiancée, we should start thinking about who will be "The Bachelorette" for 2018. A "Countdown to Arie" will air Monday, December 11, before "The Bachelor" premieres Monday, January 1 on ABC.
