'The Hateful Eight' Trailer Offers Plenty to Love
Get ready to spend Christmas locked in a remote cabin with eight mysterious strangers, their loaded guns and a lot of snappy dialogue.
The trailer for “The Hateful Eight” finally arrived Wednesday and it promises vintage Quentin Tarantino, down to scenery-chewing acting by Samuel L. Jackson as a former Union soldier who's quick and deadly with a gun.
“Move a little strange, you’re gonna get a bullet,” Jackson warns. “Not a warning, not a question, a bullet.”
The movie, set in snowy Wyoming after the Civil War, also stars Kurt Russell as a bounty hunter, Jennifer Jason Leigh as his prisoner, and Bruce Dern as Confederate Gen. Sanford Smithers.
The trailer doesn’t reveal what pulled this bunch together, but Russell does reveal: "One of them fellas is not what he says he is."
“The Hateful Eight” arrives for a limited run on Christmas, expanding in January.
