After "The Office," he played an unlikely drug lord in the hit movie comedy "We're the Millers" and guest-starred on Netflix's "Arrested Development" and Fox's "Brooklyn Nine-Nine." She'll be heard in June along with "Office" castmate Mindy Kaling and Amy Poehler in Pixar's "Inside Out."

James Spader (Robert California)
Spader was known more for playing creeps, perverts, and sleazebags (in movies like "sex, lies, and videotape" and on TV's "Boston Legal") than for his comedy chops when he landed the role of Robert California, Michael Scott's eccentric replacement on the last two seasons of "The Office." Since then, of course, he's gone back to creepy as the star of NBC's crime drama "The Blacklist." He plays the title evil robot in "The Avengers: Age of Ultron."
