There were three heroes in a village who were known for their strong personalities—Sampo, Pala, and Loc. What these village people don't know is that the heroes they're looking up on happen to be common guardsof a certain kingdom. How will Sampo, Pala, and Loc learn their lesson from being pretentious?

The Bakunawa, a greedy sea serpent, became infatuated with the moons and decided he must possess them in order to bring light to his dark underwater world. Stealthily, he gobbled up the moons one by one. The boy Bulan used to tell tall tales about the Bakunawa to scare the townsfolk — until one day he found out the Bakunawa is real after all.
