Tokyo is full of curses. Misa lost the memory of a year and wandered alone in the city. Tagami meets Misa as he searches for the increasing number of disappearances in the city. And in the city of curses, Hiromi, an entertainer with an evil eye who curses people just by looking at them, tried to use his power to reach his ambitions.

Mitchie, a runaway girl, has gone missing and is rumored to have been murdered. Tagami, who is investigating the case, learns of a group that is obsessed with strange rituals. Since Mitchie went missing, strange phenomena have been happening to Yuka. Misa helps her as she walks away as if being pulled by an invisible hand. Then, a man suddenly appears behind her and hits her in the back of the head, causing her to lose consciousness.

The manager Ryouko becomes interested in Misa, who arrives at the SM club "Red Room" chasing the actress Linda, worker at the house. Ryouko tries to look into Misa's past, as Misa claims to be a witch, but she cannot, as Misa has lost her memories of the past year.
