Coming before the Colorado Board of Parole is Benny Sandoval, who has served 17 years of his 25-year sentence for 1st degree attempted murder, a crime he committed at the age of 16. North in Wyoming, Steve Barela, convicted of 2nd degree murder of his wife, hopes the board will give him a chance at parole.

2. Damage Done

James Sturman, convicted in the horrific murder of his girlfriend, hopes to be paroled to a halfway house in Casper, Wyoming. Across the state, Joshua Buckles hopes to put his violent crime in the past and become a family man. In Colorado, Jordan Epperson hopes to impress board member John O'Dell and be returned to his hometown in Arizona. Board members in each state must decide if these inmates are safe for release.

Eric Felix has served five years for criminal negligent homicide, which resulted in the death of his wife. Travis McLennan, convicted of sexual abuse of a minor, hopes the board can look past his poor decisions.
