Strange events are happening around the Kamen Riders of yesterday and today as Shocker returns to try again to take over the world. But can Drive save Go's life, who seems fated to die?
2. Faceoff!! Sky Cyclone's Airstrike
Kamen Rider #4 is born! The Kamen Riders realized that Shocker's History Modifying Machine is not quite as destroyed as previously thought, but Shocker's newest Rider cyborg that flies under Shocker's flag confronts them, bringing with him legions of war planes. With other Kamen Riders under the hellish army's flag, the Riders will be in for the fight of their lives.
3. Showdown! The True Identity of Shocker's Great Leader
Shinnosuke and Mr. Belt identify the location of The Great Leader of Shocker and go forth to confront him and end the time loop once and for all.
