Dating show hosted by Davina McCall, which follows eight single parents who have been nominated by their grown-up children to spend two weeks in a scountryside retreat for a second chance at love. The nervous parents are dropped-off at the doors of the retreat by their kids, who all meet at the `Bunker", where Davina reveals that they will be watching their parents' every move from a surveillance room. Here they must secretly guide them on their path to finding love, under the guise of dating experts

Davina heads into the retreat to see how the grown-ups are getting on. Some of the parents open up to her about their past relationships, and Davina has to console Monique who wonders if she'll ever find love. Later, the children get to make their first dating decision

The parents take part in a workshop where they are encouraged to acknowledge resentments of the past which some are struggling to let go of, but the workshop also leaves questions when not everyone shares their past. At the end of this episode, there is another surprise that brings hope for some

With more single parents now in the retreat, the kids get another opportunity to pair them up for dates. Sparks fly between one of the couples with one person becoming emotional when she sees a different side to her mum, while another is left hopeful at her dad's growing confidence.
