Back in the office, he asks again for the file of the convicted Romanian, because in all his years of service he had never experienced such a quick confession and not a single attempt to reduce his sentence.

Ben Schröder is stabbed by a stranger while walking with his family in broad daylight, before the eyes of his wife Ayumi (Luka Omoto), his six-year-old son Taro, and numerous witnesses. During the interrogations, Batic and Leitmayr found a confusing multitude of truths, when the observations of the eyewitnesses contradict each other. The highly complex investigations drag on for several months without any results until the investigation is closed. Then a second victim is stabbed.
