Working safely within the new social distancing guidelines, Helen presents from her Yorkshire country garden and Adam from his Cotswold farm, while Cannon Hall Farm's Rob and Dave Nicholson will be filming the all-important lambings themselves as they attempt to catch all of the last-minute action.

JP Gill becomes a vet for the day, and alpacas and Stirling bulls put in an appearance.

This episode follows a 24-year-old farmer as he prepares for one of his cows to give birth, and another farmer who is trying to get his land back to normal after it had been flooded.

The final programme celebrating the hard work of the great British farmer. Helen Skelton and Adam Henson present reports about Cumbrian cows and a goat playground, and JB Gill visits a shepherdess who demonstrates how she trains sheepdogs.
