The crew fly to a patient who has sliced his leg with a circular saw. A cricket match results in a serious break. A cyclist is trapped beneath a car.
3. Collision Course
The crew race to a lorry driver trapped and injured in his overturned cab on the M1. A man goes into cardiac arrest at a supermarket checkout.
4. Under Pressure
The critical care crew fly to a farmer who has been pinned beneath his tractor for 10 hours. A runner has collapsed during the gruelling Swaledale Marathon, and in Barnsley a biker has suspected spinal injuries after colliding with a car.
5. Heavy Impact
The critical care crew race to the M18 where a lorry crash has left a driver trapped and injured in his cab. In Doncaster, a roofer has fallen 18 feet into a narrow alley, and near Bedale, a festival-goer is having a suspected heart attack.
