    Despite his flashes of bitterness, the Helm captured here seems like a man at peace with where he ended up — however taxing the road that brought him, however many friends lost or discarded along the way. show more

    If you love Levon Helm, his distinct and recognizable voice alone is reason enough to see this film. Beyond that, it chronicles his final days as a \"working\" musician (one who loves to play live, not just in the studio) and how he dealt with his battle with throat cancer. Great concert footage also.
