A global journey reveals how animal mothers struggle to raise their young in an increasingly dangerous environment. In the Arctic, a polar bear and her two newborn cubs must find food across the quickly melting ice. • For adults, Earth misses the mark of riveting storytelling. Earth crams in the dramatic adventures of several species (including penguins) - with the result that it comes up short on telling one really good story. show more

  • If you've watched the BBC series "Planet Earth," then Earth will seem like a familiar, if stunning, global rewarming. show more

  • Earth eloquently shows the struggle, life doing what it must to sustain life. The spectacle is stirring. show more

I want to know if anyone feed the polar bear since they are an endangered species, or did they actually let the poor thing die while filming. Surely they could've thrown him some fish while filming so that he could regain his strength! I cried during so much of the movie but I couldn't stop crying everytime I thought about it even after leaving the theatre. If the world's global warming is our fault then why couldn't we feed that poor polar bear!
