One of the best forward looking movies I've ever seen. This movie which takes place perhaps 50 years from now relies on present injustices and inequalities for it's moral-of-the-story. As is the case of all sci-fi writers Andrew Niccol exposes modern man's follies in a futuristic setting. How many of us have not been given credit for an accomplishment or never been given the chance to 'swing

this movie is a beautiful and shows how borrowing someone's DNA can lead to complications.the symbols that they use in the movie are not hard to find like in Jerome's apartment the staircase is a symbol for DNA.Vincent is a good example for this because he followed his dream but for him to continue living it the real Jerome had to die;there could only be one Jerome in that society.I

Gattaca is a wonderful movie. The musical score's underlying theme is powerful, yet sorrowful. It plays well to the theme of Gattaca. This theme is about believing in yourself when others won't.
