The film was very powerful and showed war as being the ugliest aspect of humanity. War is not a "team sport" like many politiicians portray it. Innocent people are brutally kiilled and tortured in all wars. The moment a person thinks that their "side" is the "right side" they become vulmerable to all the atrocities. That is the reality.
