I want to say this movie captivated me, but in all actuality it did not. I liked the homage to silent films, but I can't personally say it meant anything to me, and I doubt it did to many viewers. The point of the movie may be lost on some younger viewers who have never experienced a silent movie. Excellent movie.

The Artist was one of the most entertaining movies I have seen in a very long time. Very creatively done. Actors were superb and the dancing was fabulous! I never knew a silent film could be so much fun. It was so refresing Not! hearing voices. Their facial expression said it all. I highly recommend it.
