Yet one more example of a film written and directed by the same person who loses objectivity about his flawed creation, failing to place himself in the theater seat with the rest of us who can see its numerous flaws and try to figure out where it is going. Too many hidden meanings and unresolved dots to be connected. Was mentally double-parked the first half-hour as various characters were introduced with no meaningful connections. Weak directing in spots, like the 10 second delays before someone responds with a yes or no as we tapped a foot waiting. Had lots of good possibilities, but unfortunately the director couldn't pull it all together for the benefit of the audience instead of him the writer.
