I enjoyed the story, characters and acting. I was also happy that it took place in Louisiana, post katrina. It focuses on many important themes. Thanks TD Jakes and cast. Loved Pam Grier, Blair Underwood and Nicoye.

Excellent movie. I am going back again to see it and I can't wait until it comes out on DVD. It is a must have for my film library. The entire move is dealing with today's issues of life. This movie is a must see movie. It will make you walk away thinking of how to make changes in your life.

Good movie. It was a mystery. The story line was believable. I thought it was well acted. Pam G. was great and Blair U. acting was fantastic as usual..

"Woman" is in essence an earnestly competent, slightly overcooked B-movie potboiler, with ideas of faith occasionally added to frame the story as parable. Full Review

It's a good thing that forgiveness is a predominant theme of Woman Thou Art Loosed: On the 7th Day, because viewers will have to look deep into their hearts to forgive this kidnapping drama for its heavy-handed melodrama and tawdry plot elements. Full Review

Woman Thou Art Loosed: On the 7th Day is crammed with enough melodramatic incident for three movies, all of them seemingly scripted by Tyler Perry in a very foul mood. Full Review

Features some good acting, but most of it doesn't ring true. Full Review
