Where Gilmore Girls" star is finally returning to broadcast TV to headline a new comedy pilot.

The Hollywood Reporter has the scoop that the actress is set to play the lead role in the Fox sitcom "Linda From HR," which sounds just about as quirky as you'd hope a Graham vehicle would be. Here's the official description, per THR:

Linda From HR is a high-concept family comedy that explores the one bad decision that throws Linda from HR's monotonous, unfulfilled life into an exciting but dangerous tailspin of balancing work life, home life and a secret that could unravel everything.

Graham will star as Linda Plugh, an HR employee whose life explodes as she must juggle a huge secret that threatens both her work and home life. The comedy is part family comedy and part Mr. Robot.

That last part is certainly an odd hook, but we feel confident about Graham's ability to deftly pull off such a high-concept premise. And after seeing her in Netflix's "Gilmore Girls" revival, we were reminded of just how much we missed her as a regular presence on our television screens. She last starred on a broadcast show when she played Sarah Braverman on six seasons of "Parenthood," which wrapped its run on NBC in 2015.

Graham took to Twitter on Thursday to share her excitement about the project.

No word yet on when "Linda From HR" will report for duty. Stay tuned.
