Get Out"Get Out," Jordan Peele's indie horror hit, isn't just one of the most talked-about movies of the year, it's also the most profitable, so far.

TheWrap crunched the numbers, showing that the movie's $4.5 million budget (plus a $30 million advertising budget) yielded a worldwide gross of $252 million. That's a 630 return on investment, people.

Another low-budgeted Blumhouse production, M. Night Shyamalan's "Split" had a 610 percent ROI, boosting its $9 million budget to a global box-office haul of $277 million.

By comparison, Disney's live-action "Beauty and the Beast" has racked up $1.26 billion worldwide, but its high production and advertising production means it can only boast an ROI around 400 percent, according to TheWrap. Which is still not too shabby.
