"American Horror Story: Apocalyse" is getting a blast from the past.

Ryan Murphy's anthology drama is adding Connie Britton and Dylan McDermott to the Season 8 cast. The two actors previously starred on Season 1's "Murder House" as married couple Ben and Vivien Harmon, who moved into the titular abode with their daughter Violet (Taissa Farmiga).

McDermott also appeared in Season 2, "Asylum," but this marks Britton's first return to the "AHS" franchise since.

"Apocalypse" is the highly-anticipated crossover between "Murder House" and Season 3's "Coven." A now-deleted video and photos from the set of "Apocalypse" leaked on social media Wednesday night showed McDermott returning to the "Murder House" set.

Season 8 will be a massive reunion of "AHS" alums. Farmiga, who also appeared in "Coven," will reprise her role as the Harmons' daughter. Also returning are Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Evan Peters, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Adina Porter, Leslie Grossman, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe, Frances Conroy, and Stevie Nicks. “

Newcomer Cody Fern will play Michael Langdon, the Antichrist baby that Britton's Vivien birthed, who will usher in the "end of times," as Paulson recently warned in an eerie promo video.

"AHS: Apocalypse" premieres Sept. 12 on FX.
