As a new poster for the upcoming "Hellboy" reboot declares, this film is going to be legendary AF.

The stunning one-sheet, debuted by Entertainment Weekly, features the titular demon-turned-monster hunter in all his horned glory, a departure from his usual look. Though the character (played in this version by "Stranger Things" star David Harbour) is typically depicted with his horns shaved down, in an attempt to distance himself from his demonic origins, here, he's proudly letting his freak flag fly.

Embracing his true nature is part of what makes this iteration of "Hellboy" different from the original 2004 and 2008 films, which starred Ron Perlman as the hero. According to Harbour, his Hellboy leans more into a dual personality -- both confident and insecure -- and that's certainly true of the character's two very different looks.

We can't wait to see Harbour let Hellboy's freak flag fly. If this poster is any indication, fans are in for a real treat.

Unfortunately, the film's debut is still a way's off: Its release date has been pushed from January to April 2019. Here's hoping Lionsgate will bless fans with more sneak peeks before then.
