This is not a drill: The beloved doctors and firefighters of Shondaland are joining forces once again.

Another "Grey's Anatomy" and "Station 19" crossover is scheduled to air in May. The two shows will again intersect in back-to-back episodes. The big TV event is set for Thursday, May 2, starting with "Grey's Anatomy" at 8 p.m. ET/PT, and then "Station 19" at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

Unfortunately, the crossover means someone from Station 19 will need medical care at Grey Sloan. In the "Grey's Anatomy" Season 15 episode "What I Did for Love," Maggie (Kelly McCreary) will be in charge of the person. Meanwhile, Joe (Camilla Luddington) will learn a hard lesson and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) make a decision that could jeopardize her career.

The "Station 19" Season 2 episode "Always Ready" will show the firefighters dealing with one of their team members having been hurt in a deadly fire. The synopsis teases that there is a "life-threatening situation." Yikes.

With "Station 19" being a spinoff of "Grey's Anatomy," the two shows have crossed over before. In fact, they most recently did so earlier this season; the episodes debuted on Oct. 11.

The upcoming crossover should be another intriguing one. Be ready on May 2.
