Allan Turner is a Canadian writer, director, comedian, and film and television actor, best known for performing as his alter ego, the zombie clown Jean-Paul Mullet. He holds a BA in Creative Writing from York University and studied creative writing for children at the University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
