Jacqueline Bell is a native New Yorker and is a veteran of the beauty industry with over 30 years of professional experience as a salon owner, master stylist, colorist, and make-up artist. Not only has she achieved tremendous accolades, but she has emerged as a top Master precision hair cutter and colorist. She is able to identify and analyse hair characteristics, solve hair problems, and is very knowledgeable/qualified in servicing all ethnic backgrounds and is dedicated to the health and well-being of her clients.
Educates each client on the balance they need and the formula to continue a daily regimen that will provide longevity to each client’s new-found transformation. Continuously strives to break the barrier between white and black hair. Hair is hair, just different textures and cultures. She takes pride in getting her customers in and out!
