The Karate Kid - The Importance of Strict Discipline

John Kreese: [about Daniel's injured leg] Sweep the leg.
John Kreese: Do you have a problem with that?
Johnny Lawrence: No, Sensei.
John Kreese: No mercy.

The Karate Kid - Conflict of Expectations in Martial Arts Training

John Kreese: Bobby, I want him out of commission.
Bobby Brown: But, Sensei, I can beat this guy!
John Kreese: I don't want him beaten.
Bobby Brown: But I'll be disqualified!
John Kreese: Out of commission.

The Karate Kid - Confrontation Over Training Philosophy in Karate

John Kreese: [notices Johnny staring at Daniel and Mr. Miyagi] We do not train to be merciful here. Mercy is for the weak. Here, in the streets, in competition. A man confronts you, he is the enemy. An enemy deserves no mercy- what is the problem, Mr. Lawrence?
John Kreese: I hear you jumped some of my students last night.
Mr. Miyagi: Afraid the facts mixed up.
John Kreese: Are you calling Mr. Lawrence a liar?
Mr. Miyagi: No call no one nothing.
John Kreese: What are you here for, old man?
Mr. Miyagi: Come ask leave boy alone.
John Kreese: What's the matter? The boy can't take care of his own problems?
Mr. Miyagi: One to one problem, yes. Five to one problem, too much ask anyone.
John Kreese: [to Johnny] Is that what's bothering you? The odds? Well, we can fix that. You like matching, Mr. Lawrence?
Johnny Lawrence: [eagerly] Yes, Sensei!
Mr. Miyagi: [groans] No more fighting.
John Kreese: [getting angry] This is a karate dojo, not a knitting class! You don't come into my dojo and drop a challenge and leave, old man. Now, you get your boy on the mat or you and I will have a major problem.
Mr. Miyagi: Too much advantage, your dojo.
John Kreese: Name a place.
Mr. Miyagi: [gestures with his head to the poster behind him for the All-Valley Under-18 Karate Tournament] Tournament.
John Kreese: [chuckles] You've got real nerve, old man. Real nerve. But I think we can accommodate you. Can't we, Mr. Lawrence?
Johnny Lawrence: Yes, Sensei.
John Kreese: [Johnny gets back in line] Fall in.
Mr. Miyagi: Ask one more small request.
John Kreese: [stops, annoyed] Make it fast.
Mr. Miyagi: Ask leave boy alone, to train.
John Kreese: [chuckles; to his students] You're a pushy little bastard, ain't ya? But I like that. I like that! All right, no one touches the prima donna until the tournament. Is that understood?
Cobra Kai students: YES, SENSEI!
John Kreese: [menacingly approaches Miyagi and Daniel again; points at Daniel; points at Miyagi] But you don't show, and it's open season, on him ... and you .

The Karate Kid - Emphasizing Strength and Resilience in Training

John Kreese: Fear does not exist in this dojo, does it?
John Kreese: Pain does not exist in this dojo, does it?
John Kreese: Defeat does not exist in this dojo, does it?
John Kreese: Prepare! What do we study here?
John Kreese: And what is that Way?
John Kreese: I CAN'T HEAR YOU!
Cobra Kai: STRIKE FIRST, STRIKE HARD, NO MERCY, SIR!

The Karate Kid Part III - A Decision on the Title Defense

Terry Silver: There you are.
Daniel LaRusso: Yeah. I had to do some thinking.
Daniel LaRusso: I've decided not to defend my title after all. You've been a great trainer, but...Well, when I hit that guy in the club, that's just not my style. I wanted to let you know all of this in person, because I figure that's the least of I owe you.
Terry Silver: You owe me a lot more than that, Danny-boy.
Daniel LaRusso: Oh, I'm sorry. I thought the lessons were for free. But--
Terry Silver: No, no; nothing's for free. You are gonna defend. You're getting in that ring.
Daniel LaRusso: Excuse me, Mr. Silver - You can't make me do something I don't want to do.
Terry Silver: [laughs] Danny, Danny...from the moment you met me, I've been making you do things you didn't want to do.
Daniel LaRusso: [confused] What are you talking about?
Terry Silver: [calls in office] Let's show him what I'm talking about!
Mike Barnes: [steps out] I'm what he's talking about, shithead!
Terry Silver: We have an agenda here, Daniel; it's really very simple...
Daniel LaRusso: [backpedaling] You guys are crazy!
Terry Silver: [even more hyped up] ...Either you fight one fight on one day, or you fight every day for the rest of your life! So what's it going to be, Danny-boy?!
Daniel LaRusso: [starts to exit but is blocked by John Kreese.] It's not gonna be anything, because I'm not going to be there! So just forget about it!
Terry Silver: Let's show Mr. Kreese how he's going to get his business back!
Daniel LaRusso: Hey I'm not gonna fight! You can't make me fight!
Terry Silver: [Daniel tries to fight Barnes, but Barnes gets the upper hand] You don't have to! You can just stand there and let him kick your ass! Do the Crane, Danny-Boy!
Mike Barnes: [attacks Daniel; He punches Daniel in the gut repeatedly, before shoving Daniel towards the door. Daniel hastily runs off, all while Silver and Kreese laugh uproariously] You're doing this to yourself, man!
Terry Silver: Do you wanna see some more?
John Kreese: I wanna see a lot more!
Terry Silver: [to Mike; Barnes runs out after Daniel, Silver turns to Kreese; They laugh maniacally until they're cut short by a scream...as Miyagi tosses Barnes through the dojo doors; to Barnes] Bring him back. You see his face? See the trail? I think he peed in his pants! Well well well, look who's here. The big war hero! What are you waiting for?

The Karate Kid Part III - Expansion of the Dojo Empire

Terry Silver: What did I tell you, my man? The minute you step off that plane, you're the biggest dojo operator in the valley!
John Kresse: What do you mean? What are you talking about?
Terry Silver: I bought 20 locations today, signed, sealed, 100%. You are back, my man; bigger and badder than ever!
John Kreese: You're a sweetheart, that's great. But what about those two jerks?
Terry Silver: [laughs] Those two jerks" are taking up 100% of my time from now on. So have patience, my friend. I'm just getting everything rolling. When I'm finished with that kid, he'll be begging me to be his teacher! And you know what he's going to learn from me?! Pain in every part of his body, and fear in every part of his mind! And here's the kicker: he's going to thank me for it!
John Kreese: What about the old man?
Terry Silver: [smiles a bit more evilly] Him I hurt through the kid. Johnny, by the time that little twerp steps into the ring to defend his title, I'm going to have him thinking he's invincible. And then he's gong to find out what pain and fear really mean... ...right in front of a thousand people!
John Kreese: How do you know he'll compete?
Terry Silver: He'll compete. Don't worry about it; you just have fun. Go give Mamona and her girlfriend a squeeze for me.
John Kreese: [smiling] How do you know about Mamona?
Terry Silver: [laughs] I know! Anything else?
John Kreese: [looks at his hands] Yeah. Make his knuckles bleed.
Terry Silver: [shocked/amazed; laughs maniacally] Hey! Hey, I like that! Oh, I like that, Johnny! I'm going to use it!!

The Karate Kid Part III - Strategic Plan for Victory and Pain

Terry Silver: [to Mike Barnes before the match] Remember the game plan. First you win a point, then you lose a point. Keep the score 0-0, pulverize him for the full 3 minutes, then in sudden death you get the point, we win. I want him to experience pain. First he suffers.
John Kreese: Then he suffers some more.

The Karate Kid Part III - A Debt of Gratitude in Combat

Terry Silver: I owe you, man.
John Kreese: You don't owe me anything.
Terry Silver: Oh, bullshit! I don't owe you anything? What about Vietnam, huh? How many times did you save my ass?
John Kreese: I don't know. I lost count.

Crocodile 2: Death Roll - Tension in the cockpit escalates quickly

Roland: You don't need that gun no more.
Max: Shut the fuck up and fly the fucking plane, you stupid fuck!
