Petra Mulligan Biography
Petra Mulligan is a literal Swiss Army knife/artist whose mediums range from acrylic paints to fake blood. As a result she is able to capture both beauty and brutality in equal measure. A graduate of the Art Academy of Cincinnati and Tom Savini’s Special Effects Make-Up Program, Mulligan is an extremely gifted collaborator who has worked previously on projects such as the film Entropy, the short series Flicker, and the short film “Your Husband Was a Good Man.
