Ruwaida Shaheen Biography
Ruwaida Shaheen, born in Jordan, holds Iraqi citizenship. She graduated with Bachelor of Media degree. Although she worked as a TV presenter, it wasn't her call of the wild. She starred in a little known TV series back in 2011, but her breakout performance in the Iraqi Ramadan TV series "Khan Al Thahab" put Shaheen on the map. Produced by MBC Iraq, the series aired in both 2023 and 2024, where Shaheen assumes the character of a woman in love struggling to make ends meet and dealing with the daily grind of interpersonal conflicts.
Talented and dedicated, Shaheen has only made her first steps as a promising actress in the realm of Arab television.
