Tony Brooks Biography
Tony Brooks, born Charles Anthony Standish Brooks on February 25, 1932, in Dukinfield, Cheshire, England, was a British Formula One driver known for his graceful driving style and remarkable speed. Often referred to as the "Racing Dentist" due to his dentistry studies, Brooks earned six Grand Prix wins and was a prominent driver for Ferrari and Vanwall during the 1950s and early 1960s.
He passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 90.
