A philosophic and psychological incursion into the vast and complex phenomenon of human passion and desire, from the specific angle of fetishism. If medical cases in general involve illness-related sadness, this film depicts the satisfaction of sadness. If one of the film characters is right when implying that medical fetishism does not involve a fulfillment of the intimate act itself, the film is depicting the sadness of dissatisfaction.
