Plot
The last remaining allmale orchestra in Norway Kampen Janitsjar has an average age of 60 and is in desperate need of new members to keep their legacy alive But with a lack of sufficient young male musicians and quite a few women knocking at the membership door of this popular orchestra the leaders are forced to take a long hard look at the price of maintaining old traditions
